We provide a range of flexible NDIS supports to help you live independently, safely, and confidently at home and in the community.
Our services are personalised to your NDIS plan goals and can be tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences. We focus on promoting choice, control, dignity, and independence in all that we do.
Daily Personal Activities
We offer compassionate and respectful support with daily personal care tasks to help NDIS participants maintain their health, hygiene, dignity, and independence in their own home.
Our personal care support is fully personalised to your NDIS plan, goals, and preferences, and is always delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.
What’s Included:
We focus on supporting you to do as much as you can for yourself. Our team can provide hands-on assistance, supervision, prompting, or encouragement — whichever approach best helps you build confidence and independence.
All support is delivered safely, privately, and with the utmost respect for your dignity, privacy, and personal choices.
Support in Group Homes & Shared Living
We also provide personal care and daily living support for participants living in group homes or shared accommodation. Our team works closely with each participant to deliver consistent, individualised support while respecting everyone’s privacy, routines, and shared living environment. We help build independent living skills in a way that supports both the individual and the household.
Household Tasks
We provide friendly, reliable assistance with everyday household tasks to help NDIS participants maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment that supports their independence and wellbeing.
Our household support is personalised to your NDIS plan goals and delivered under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Living. We focus on promoting choice, dignity, and increasing your confidence in managing your home.
What’s Included:
Cleaning & Domestic Support We can help with general housekeeping tasks such as:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens (benches, sinks, stovetops, and external appliance surfaces)
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, basins, mirrors, and bathtubs)
- Wiping down high-touch areas like door handles and light switches
- General tidying of living spaces and bedrooms
Laundry & Linen We provide support with:
Kitchen & Meal Preparation We can assist with:

All our household task supports are non-clinical, do not include repairs or maintenance work, and are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards. We always respect your preferences, privacy, and right to choice and control.
Community Access
We help you get out and about so you can stay connected, active, and involved in the community in ways that matter to you.
Whether it’s catching up with friends, trying a new hobby, going to a local event, or joining a fitness group, our friendly support workers make community participation easier, safer, and more enjoyable. All support is tailored to your NDIS plan goals and delivered under Core Supports – Assistance with Social and Community Participation.

All Community Access supports are non-clinical and are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards, prioritising your safety, dignity, and right to choice and control.
Appointments & Transport
We provide safe, reliable, and friendly transport and support to help you get to the places you need to go — whether it’s medical appointments, work, study, community activities, or other important commitments.
All transport support is personalised to your NDIS plan and is only provided where transport assistance is funded in your plan.
What’s Included:
- Transport to and from medical, dental, and allied health appointments
- Support to attend work, education, training, or volunteering
- Transport to community, social, and essential services
- Help planning trips, including timing, routes, and preparation
- Accompaniment to appointments for reassurance, prompting, or practical support
- Waiting with you during appointments (where required and agreed in advance)
Our support workers ensure you arrive on time and feel comfortable and supported throughout the journey. We can provide as much or as little assistance as you need — from door-to-door transport to full accompaniment and guidance.
We always respect your preferences, privacy, and right to choice and control. All supports are delivered safely and in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.
Shopping Support
We help you shop confidently and comfortably for the everyday things you need — whether it’s groceries, clothing, household items, or a special treat.
Our shopping support is flexible, practical, and tailored to your NDIS plan goals. We focus on making shopping easier, less stressful, and more enjoyable while building your independence and confidence.
What’s Included:
- Planning shopping trips (including lists, budget, and transport)
- Accompanying you to supermarkets, shops, markets, or your favourite stores
- Support with choosing and comparing products and prices
- Helping you carry items, pack bags, and transport purchases home safely
- Assistance with payments (EFTPOS, cash, or other methods) while respecting your privacy
- Encouragement and guidance to help you make your own choices and try new shops
We can provide as much or as little support as you need — from full hands-on help to just prompting and supervision.
Important Information:
All shopping assistance is provided with respect for your dignity, personal preferences, and right to choice and control.
Gardening and Lawn Maintenance
We provide practical help with basic gardening and lawn care to keep your outdoor spaces safe, accessible, and tidy — especially when your disability makes these tasks difficult.
This support is available when it is funded in your NDIS plan and directly relates to your disability support needs. Our focus is on everyday upkeep and safety, not on creating show gardens or doing specialist landscaping work.
What’s Included:
We can provide hands-on assistance, supervision, or just gentle prompting — whatever helps you best and supports your goals.
Important information
- Gardening supports are provided under NDIS Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Living, where reasonable and necessary
- Supports are non-specialist and non-trade related
- Landscaping, garden design, major tree removal, or structural outdoor work are not included
- Supports may be delivered through hands-on assistance, supervision, or prompting, depending on individual needs and goals
All gardening and lawn maintenance supports are delivered in line with each participant’s NDIS goals, funding, and preferences, while respecting choice, control, and dignity.
Home Modifications
We help make your home safer, more accessible, and easier to live in by delivering quality home modifications that support your independence and daily living needs.
As an approved NDIS provider for 0111 Home Modifications, we work closely with you, your Occupational Therapist (OT), and other professionals to design and install practical changes that are directly related to your disability and funded in your NDIS plan.
Common Home Modifications We Support:
- Installing grab rails, handrails, and support bars
- Building safe access ramps (internal and external)
- Widening doorways and installing lever handles for easier access
- Bathroom modifications (e.g. step-free showers, adjustable height fixtures, non-slip flooring)
- Kitchen adjustments (e.g. lowered benches, reachable storage, accessible taps)
- Improving internal access and circulation spaces
- Other accessibility solutions such as stairlifts, platform lifts, or lighting improvements (where clinically recommended)
We handle both minor home modifications (simple, lower-cost changes) and support the coordination of complex home modifications through licensed builders and certified processes.
Our Approach:
- We start with a thorough assessment of your needs (usually involving an OT report)
- We provide clear quotes and scopes of work
- All work is completed safely, to Australian Standards, and in compliance with NDIS requirements
- We focus on practical, functional outcomes that help you live more independently and safely at home
Important Information:
- Home modifications are funded under NDIS Capital Supports (not Core Supports) and must be assessed as reasonable and necessary
- This support is not for general home repairs, cosmetic upgrades, landscaping, or non-disability-related work
- Major structural changes or high-cost modifications require NDIA approval and detailed planning
