Providing A Service To You
Once a request for service is received, we then assess if we have capacity to begin working with you. We shall contact you to arrange a time to meet.
A member of our team will visit you and in consultation assess your living situation, talk about current supports and previous supports you may have received. We will discuss further your health, mental health and other matters relating to your support needs.
The information you provide will enable us to help you develop your individual needs, goals and plan.
Personal And Skill Development
We promote personal and skill development through engagement in your interests, passions and goals.
As part of our vision, we aim to grow possibilities so you can realise and reach full self-autonomy and potential. We will strive for you to maintain your independence.
At eNDIS we focus intensely on maintaining and growing your existing relationships and to form new ones. Developing skills that will help you to thrive and be actively participating in the communities you choose to be a part of, building strong connections to achieve your personal objectives outlined in your NDIS plan.
Our Objectives
To maintain our standards to be uncompromisingly focused on client outcomes. The most significant effect of the process for our service is that our continuous improvement framework more strongly upholds positive outcomes for clients and their families.
To grow service capacity by providing collaborative services needed by NDIS participants, families, and carers.
To build strong relationships which enhance participants lives to reach their full potential, to have a meaningful and fulfilling lives built through self-advocacy, direction, and person-centred supports.
To provide families and carers with supports using a collaborative approach to assist relationships and any difficulties in the care and support of participants reaching their goals. It is relevant to acknowledge and include families and carers in the planning of current and future supports to maximise a holistic approach.
To effectively develop and train workers in advocacy and support service delivery. To initiate a training package that is innovative, unique, and targeted to address gaps in service delivery.
To ensure levels of professionalism and skills are at the optimal level required by eNDIS and the Quality Safeguards Commission set standards and control.
