eNIDS will keep and maintain all records relevant to the participants including incidents, and complaints for 7 years from the day the record is made.
Information about you, including your health information, will only be collected and stored with your informed consent.
Your information may be shared with third parties provided your informed consent, in an emergency or where such disclosure is required or authorised by law.
